Delivery & Returns
All additional fees and taxes incurred for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping Policy:
- The store does not modify the address and delivers it to the shipping company as written by the customer.
- The order is handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of three working days, aiming to deliver it within one day.
- The estimated shipping time is approximate and may be shorter or longer depending on the city (it can extend up to 15 working days according to the shipping company's policy).
- The time is calculated after the order is handed over to the shipping company.
- Delays caused by incomplete information exempt the store from any responsibility.
- If the shipment is returned due to incomplete information, the customer bears the cost of returning the shipment to the store and reshipping it. The customer is responsible for contacting the store and informing them of the return, and must resolve the issue within 3 working days. If the issue is not resolved, the store is not responsible for storing the shipment and may dispose of it.
- The store reserves the right to change the shipping company if it benefits the order (e.g., to speed up the shipping process).
- After shipping the order, the customer is responsible for tracking the order with the shipping company to ensure timely receipt.
- If the customer does not receive a tracking number, they must contact the store to obtain it.
- In case of shipment delay due to the shipping company, the store is responsible for compensation.
- If a damaged shipment is received, the customer must report it to the shipping company before acceptance and refuse the shipment, then follow up with the store for compensation.
- If a correct shipment is received and the customer decides to return it due to an error, the customer must return the shipment through the nearest branch of the shipping company, and then the compensation process begins.
- If the shipment is not received within the specified days, the customer must inform the store within 3 working days via the approved communication methods.
- Failure to contact the store within 3 working days means the customer waives their right to compensation for the order.
- Failure to contact the store regarding any shipment error within 3 working days gives the store the right to dispose of the shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
- The return policy does not include custom-made products, perishable goods, and certain personal care products.
- The customer bears the return shipping cost if the product is returned.
