Refund and return policy:
Period allowed for return:
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that it is the resort in original condition and has not been used.
Compensation:
- If a refund is desired, we offer the following options:
- Credit for in-store purchases.
- Refund the amount via bank transfer.
- Refund the amount directly to the customer"s card (it may take from 1 to 14 days for the amount to appear in the account.
Shipping fee:
In the event of a return due to an error by us, shipping fees will be covered.
If the return is based on a desire customer, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Excluded products:
- Some products such as personalized or customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
